摘要
本文采用理想弹塑性模型建立起梁的曲率和载荷之间的关系,分析了悬臂梁在端部受集中力作用的弹塑性弯曲及其回弹问题,得出轴力对减少回弹的定量关系,然后将其推广到板条的压力成型弯曲。
At the beginning of this paper, influence of axial force on the elastic-plastic bending and springback of a beam is examined. By using idea elastic-plastic model, a fundamental relationship between the curvature of the beam and the moment for the case of bending is set up in this paper. Both the elastic-plastic bending of a cantilever subjected to a concentrated force at the tip and its spring back are analyzed, and a quantitative expressions of springback reducing with axial force are abtained. Then the analysis si used for press-brake bending of strips.
