在国内外经济态势发生变化的新形势下,适时调整和增加居民收入,理顺消费体制,改善消费环境,既是当前扩大内需的重要内容,也是国民经济长期持续快速发展的立足点。分析山西居民收入的现状及存在的问题,探讨提高居民收入与扩大内需的关系,有利于进一步完善提高居民收入的相应措施,从而扩大内需,拉动经济增长。

On the new situation that the economic situation at domestic and abroad has changed, to adjust and increase people＇s income, to rationalize the consumption structure, and to improve the environment of consumption, are not only the important aspect that can expand domestic demand at present, but also the standpoint of economic development on sustained and rapid in longterm. Analysis of the status and problems of people＇ s income and exploring the relationship between the income and expansion of domestic demand will help us to improve the corresponding measures of raising people＇s income, in order to expand domestic demand and stimulate economic gTowth.
