摘要
目的探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平柔性纳米脂质体的冻干工艺。方法采用薄膜-超声法制备苯磺酸氨氯地平柔性纳米脂质体,透射电镜和激光粒度分析仪观察苯璜酸氨氯地平脂质体的形态、粒径。结果应选择在较低的温度下预冻;慢冻有少量药物结晶,速冻则无;与外加方式比较,保护剂内加使包封率降低。结论经优选得到的苯磺酸氨氯地平柔性纳米脂质体冻干工艺,性能稳定可靠。
[Objective] To investigate artwork gelsiecation of flexible nano-hposomes carrying amlodipine besylate(AM-FNL). [Method] AM-FNL was prepared by film-ultrasonic technique. Morphnus, grain size were observed through transmission electron microscope and laser grading analysator. [Resultl Force-freezing should be carried out under fairly colder temperature, a small quantity of drug crystallized after slow-freezing, but no drug crystallized after fast-freezing. Comparing to appesition,end-eddition of protective agent made envelopment rate of drug slower. [ Conclusion ] After optimization, artwork gelsiecation of AM-FNL is stable and reliable.
