摘要
目的探讨建立改良犬深低温停循环(DHCA)动物模型的可行性。方法对10只犬行升主动脉插管灌注,上下腔静脉插管引流,建立犬体外循环(CPB)模型。转流降低鼻咽温度至18℃以下,停循环1h后转流复温,鼻咽温度恢复到37℃后脱离CPB,呼吸机辅助呼吸直至脱离呼吸机,观察犬的血流动力学指标及存活情况。结果10只犬心脏均复跳,能够脱离呼吸机,脱机后2h内血流动力学稳定。结论改良犬DHCA模型可成功建立,为探讨DHCA时的病理生理变化提供了新的手段。
[Objective] To explore the feasibility of the establishment of dog model with modified deep hy, pothermic circulatory arrest (DHCA). [Methods] Cannulation of the aorta and the inferior and superior vena cava was performed to establish extracorpereal circulation for ten dogs, which was terminated till the nasopharyngeal temperature dropped to 18℃. Sixty minutes later, the circulation was restarted and terminated till a nasopharyngeal temperature of 37℃. Breathing machine assisted until dog can spontaneously breathing. The index of hemodynamics and survival were observed. [Results] 10 dogs have heart rehabilitation jump, sublation of the breathing machine, hemodynamic was stable after off-line within 2 hours. [Conclusion] Dog model with modified deep hypothermic circulatory arrest can be successfully established, to provide a new diplomacy for explore the physiological and pathological changes in the DHCA.
