摘要
利用差示扫描量热法、扫描电子显微镜观察和力学性能测试等方法研究了离聚物对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)结晶性能、力学性能、流动性和耐热性能等的影响。结果表明,在PET中加入质量分数10%的离聚物可使PET的缺口冲击强度和拉伸强度分别提高67%和6.6%,起到增韧增强的作用,同时改善了其成型性能和耐热性。另外,加入30%玻璃纤维和11%的聚溴化苯乙烯/Sb2O3复合阻燃剂制得具有优良综合性能的PET工程塑料,并在电气部件中获得应用。
Effects of an ionomer on the crystallization behavior, mechanical properties, theological and thermal properties of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) were studied by DSC, SEM, mechanical tests, etc. The results showed that mechanical properties and heat resistance of PET were improved by the addition of 10% ionomer. A flame and reinforced PET engineering plastics with good balance properties was prepared when 30% glass fiber and 11% flame retardant consists of BPS and Sb2 03 were applied to the composite, and it was used to produce electrical parts.
