电梯入口盖板热流道注塑模具设计 被引量:9

摘要 分析电梯入口盖板的结构特点及成型工艺,利用Moldflow/MPI软件确定塑料件的浇口位置和数量,建立塑料件的热流道浇注系统,进行了塑料件的注射成型CAE分析,并论述了塑料件的模具结构及模具工作过程。该模具已投入大批量生产,生产的塑料件质量符合客户要求。 The structural feature and forming technology of the elevator inlet cover were analyzed. By using Moldflow/MPI software, the gate positions and quantity of the plastic part were ascertained, the hot runner system of the plastic part was created and CAE analysis of injection molding was performed. The mould structure was detailedly designed on the basis of the above CAE analysis and the working process of the injection mould was discussed. The injection mould was already in mass production and the plastic parts produced could meet the customers'technical requirements.
