摘要
清水江水库原设计标准偏低，大坝断面单薄，没有抢险道路，坝下埋管漏水严重又无放空设施，工程建成至今已４０年，老化失修，险象环生。经１９９５、１９９６年除险加固后现已脱险。其经验可作类似工程借鉴。
The Qingshuijiang reservoir 's original design flood standard was on low side. The dam section was thinner.There wasn't wrecking way.The underground pipe leaked seriously and there wasn't drainage facilities. The reservoir has completed for 40 years up to now, aged and being in bad repair, and with signs of danger appearing everywhre. It has been out of danger since it was strengthened and eliminated in 1995 and 1996.Its experiences was used for reference to the similar ones.
