上睑成形术在上面部除皱术中的临床应用

Clinic applications of blepharoplasty in upper facial rhytidecomy

目的探讨治疗额颞部皱纹明显并且伴有上睑皮肤松弛的患者的方法。方法实施联合手术,首先实施上睑成形术,适当去除上睑皮肤,然后实施上面部除皱术。结果35例患者额纹及眉下垂纠正良好,33例患者上睑皮肤松弛情况改善明显,2例女性患者双侧上睑皮肤切除量过多,经二次手术后亦取得满意效果。结论上面部除皱术联合上睑成形术能够很好的解决额颞部皱纹明显患者的上睑松弛问题。

Objective To investigate the application of a combined operation to treat patients who suffered from forehead and temporal aging skin with upper eyelid eutis laxa. Methods To remove the superfluous skin of upper eyelid with blepharoplasty before the upper facial rhytidecomy was performed. Results A total of 25 cases had taken treatment with significantly result of frontotremporal wrinkles elimination,33 cases had obvious better appearance with their upper eyelids,2 female patients accepted the second surgery because we had removed excessive upper eyelid skin due to lacking of experience. Conclusion The appearance effect of this combined operation on frontotremporal wrinkles with upper eyelid curls laxa is satisfactory.
