摘要
基于数字模拟阻抗的概念,采用数字化的方法,利用了数字波形合成技术、幅值比例调制技术、相位差拟合技术以及频率锁相跟踪等关键技术研制出了数字模拟阻抗标准器,从而证明了这个新概念的正确性。研制出的数字模拟阻抗标准器可适用于校准电压和电流分开测量的数字电桥或LCR阻抗测量仪,为模拟阻抗量值传递方法开辟了数字化途径。
The new concept of the digital simulation impedance establishes on the base of the pure digital ratio,it keeps and appears the value of impedance based on the definition of the impedance in sinusoidal steady-state circuit. The digital simulation impedance differs from the physical impedance standard and other simulation impedance in essence, and possesses very high stability. Based on the concept of the digital simulation impedance, we adopt the digital method and use the key technology of digital waveform synthesis, amplitude ratio modulation, phase difference imitation and frequency lock phase trace to research and develop digital simulation impedance standard, thereby prove the correction of the new concept. The developed digital simulation impedance standard can be applied to calibrate digital bridge and LCR impedance whose voltage and current are measured separately, and provide a digital approach for the impedance value transfer method.
