摘要
物料需求计划系统的基本思想已经成熟,根据调查,在制造企业信息化的过程中,发现问题最多的是MRP功能模块。为了缩小与国外软件的差距,提升我国制造企业的管理水平以及发展我国民族软件工业,有必要对其中的MRP模块进行重点研究和探讨。文章在对MRP基本原理进行研究的基础上,假定提前期、批量、安全库存等环境变量一定,对物料分解的核心算法进行详细设计,给出形式化描述,最后将某型号的汽车零部件物料分解数据作为实例分析。
Material requirements planning (MRP) systems help companies afford the luxury of maintaining large quantifies of inventory. It is important to study MRP procedure, which helps domestic company keep up with foreign competitors. The data description and computing logic of MRP and were studied on the basis of analyzing of principle and framework of MRP. At last, the implementation of this technology in a car factory was given as an instance.
