苹果树腐烂病病原菌分泌物中果胶酶的测定

Determination of Pectinase in Fungi Secretion of Apple Tree Canker

苹果树腐烂病是危害中国北方果树的主要病害之一,引起这种病害的病原菌为苹果壳囊孢(Cytospora sp.),这种病害使果树树皮腐烂。很多真菌都可以产生果胶酶从而使植物腐坏,因此文章对苹果树腐烂病的病原菌的果胶酶进行了测定,试验结果表明:该病菌可以产生活性极强的果胶酶,为苹果树腐烂病的防治提供了一定的依据。

Apple tree canker is one of main diseases of fruit tree in north china. Pathogens of canker （cytospora sp.）could make bark of apple tree decomposed by Pectolases. Many of epiphyte could excrete Pectolases. We mensurate the Pectolases produced by Pathogens of Apple tree canker and kuow that the pathogens could excrete Pectolases that activity very strong, it provided some foundation for control Apple tree canker.
