摘要
某水库混凝土坝在初期运用中,坝体渗漏量远远超过设计允许值,经专家咨询分析,渗漏的主要原因是由于施工时质量控制不严在混凝土坝体内形成了渗漏通道,故决定在混凝土坝内进行补强灌浆处理,以形成一道阻水帷幕,封堵渗漏通道。实施中,主要利用排水孔进行灌浆和自溢流堰顶钻孔进行补强灌浆,施工单位克服了重重困难,保证施工质量,处理效果良好,渗漏量满足设计要求,3年来大坝运行正常。
During the initial operation of the concrete dam of a reservoir, the seepage volume of dam body exceeds greatly the design allowance. According to the analysis by experts, the major seepage cause is some seepage paths formed in the concrete dam body due to the poor construction. Therefore, the reinforcement grouting could be taken in the concrete dam to form a water retaining curtain for blocking up the seepage paths. In practice, the reinforcement grouting is conducted by using the drainage holes and the drilling holes in the crest of spillway weir. The construction unit has overcome many difficulties to guarantee the quality of construction. The effectiveness of grouting treatment is very good and the seepage amount has reached the design requirements. The dam has operated normally for three years.
