中国式领导是一个动态发展的过程，具有时代性即现实性特征。历史上各个盛世都充分体现出卓越中国式领导这一特征；文章通过构建“以人为本、以德为先、人为为人”的三维领导模型，从东方管理学的视角，认为当代中国式领导是以东方管理“以人为本、以德为先、人为为人”思想为指导核心的创新型中国式领导，新时期可通过这“三为”思想来锤炼卓越中国式领导。
