摘要
二滩水电站水力枢纽由混凝土双曲拱坝、左岸地下厂房系统、右岸泄洪隧洞及左岸过木机道组成。为使运行条件好,节省投资,有利于高速施工,对枢纽总体布置方案作了大量比较优化,最后选定在左岸布置地下厂房,坝身及右岸泄洪洞联合泄洪,设置机械过木设施的方案。采用了在高地应力区开挖三大洞室群,薄拱坝分层开孔泄放大单宽流量,不同的新型消能工等新技术。施工中用先进方法解决了施工干扰大等问题,从而保证了工程按期发电。
The Ertan Hydropower Project is a classified as the Grade 1 structure. It is composed of concrete double curvature arch dam, water releasing structure, diversion channel, switch station, log passing system and secondary dam. In order to gain the good operation conditions, investment saving and high speed construction, a lot of schemes for the general project layout have been compared and optimized and finally the scheme that the underground power house, dam body, right flood releasing tunnel groups, log passing mechanical facilities are arranged in the left bank is selected. Some new technologies are adopted, such as three large chamber groups are excavated in high ground stress area; the holes in thin arch dam are opened by layer for releasing large unit discharge and the new different types of energy dissipators are adopted. In the construction, the large construction disturbance has been solved by some advanced methods so that it guarantees the power generator of the project to be put into operation on schedule.
