CT For the Diagnosis Value of Advanced Gastric Cardia Cancer

目的:探讨CT对进展期贲门癌的诊断及手术治疗价值。方法:对38例进展期贲门癌进行CT平扫或增强扫描,分析CT表现,评估治疗方法。结果:进展期贲门癌CT表现为病变区胃壁增厚、软组织肿块、贲门管狭窄15例,侵犯胃底、胃体及小弯抬高合倂癌性溃疡23例。侵犯食管下段3例,浆膜外侵犯9例,淋巴结肿大9例,肝内转移和腹水各2例。结论:CT对进展期贲门癌的术前可切除性评估有重要价值。

Purpose： Disussion of advanced cardiac cancer CT diagnosis and surgical tretment of Value. Materials and Methods： 38 cases of advanced cardiac cancer before surgery or CT Scan, analyze the performance of preoperative CT to assess the treatment. Results： Advanced cardiac cancer CT showed thickened gastric wall lesion area of soft tissue and 15 cases of stenosis of cardia, fundus invaded, gastric body and small pipe elevation combined 23 cases of cancer to fester, 3 cases of violations of the lower esophagus serosal outside the 9 cases of violations, 9 cases of lymph nodes, liver and pertoneal metastasis of the 2 cases. Conclusion： CT of advanced cardiac cancer preoperative assessment of resectability has important Value.
