摘要
采用相对粘度2.53的半消光PA66切片制得93dtex/52fPA66POY,经假捻变形生产77dtex/52fPA66DTY,探讨了其加工工艺。结果表明:控制PA66切片含水量900~1000μg/g,纺丝温度为289~291℃,纺丝组件初始压力约4MPa,冷却风温度19~21℃,冷却风速度0.55~0.65m/s,使用宽槽棱状油嘴上油,控制PA66POY含油率为0.5%~0.6%,可满足PA66DTY加工要求。选择后加工速度550~700m/min,拉伸倍数1.24~1.26,D/Y比1.7,热箱温度(210±2)℃,可生产出优质的77dtex/52fPA66DTY。
The semi-dull PA66 chip with the relative viscosity of 2.53 was spun into 93 dtex/52 f PA66 POY and subsequently produced into 77 dtex/52 f PA66 DTY after false-twist texturing process. The processing technique was discussed. The results showed that the process conditions satisfying the processing demand of PA66 DTY were decided as followed: water content of PA66 chip 900 - 1 000 μg/g, spinning temperature 289 -291%, initial pressure of spinning pack about 4 MPa, quenching air temperature 19 - 21 ℃and speed 0.55 - 0.65 m/s, wide-slot prismatic nipple, oil content of PA66 POY 0.5% - 0.6%. The high-quality 77 dtex/52 f PA66 DTY could be produced under the conditions as followed: after processing speed 550 - 700 m/min,draw ratio 1.24 -1.26, D/Y ratio 1.7 and hot box temperature (210 ± 2) ℃.
