摘要
针对目前纸浆林快速发展而难以管理的情况,从组织结构、绩效考核、集约性经营3个方面总结分析泰格林纸集团纸浆林基地的管理模式,提出建立一套以员工为主体的绩效考核机制,促进集约性经营的管理模式。
The summary and analysis of Tiger Forest & Paper Group's management model of paper-pulp-forestry base were made from three aspects, including organization structure, performance appraisal and intensive management, being aimed at difficult to management of paper-pulp-forestry" rapid growth. A performance appraisal with the body of workers was put forward to promote the intensive management model.
