摘要
ERP和MES是全球造纸企业应用最广泛和最重要的两大管理信息系统。ERP是面向企业全局的计划与控制系统,MES是面向工厂生产过程,用于生产管理和调度控制的管理系统。企业管理信息化建设有一个逐步推进和不断完善的过程,我国造纸企业应当从实际出发,统筹规划,分步实施,先易后难,逐步完善。可以先在生产经营的关键环节或者容易见成效的环节,实施和应用管理信息化的局部系统或部分软件模块。
Information management is turning to be the most important method to strengthen the key competition ability of enterprises. ERP and MES systems are the most important information management systems and widely used in global pulp and paper industry. ERP is a planning and controlling system for enterprises in overall level, and MES is a system mainly focuses on mill production workshop, takes care of production scheduling and management controlling. To construct an enterprise information management system is a procedure which needs gradual progressing and continuous improving. Chinese pulp and paper enterprises should consider in practice, plan comprehensively, implement step by step, from easy to difficult, development and improvement continuously. Implementation and application of system can be started from some key sections of production business or tangible achievement, with some modules or some parts of whole management information systems.
