摘要
对竹柳的材性特点、纤维质量及制浆性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:竹柳的木材密度在0.384~0.443g/cm3范围;竹柳的灰分、冷热水抽出物和1%NaOH抽出物含量高于速生杨木但比杂交构树低,Klason木素和多戊糖含量与速生杨木相当,但是纤维素含量比速生杨木低3%。竹柳的纤维平均长度为0.84mm、平均宽度为21.44μm。采用硫酸盐法制浆,打浆后竹柳的裂断长为9.44km,撕裂指数4.11mN·m2/g。
The wood properties, fiber quality and pulping performance of bamboo-willow were investigated. The results show the wood den- sity of bamboo-willow is 0.384-0.443 g/cm^3; the ash content, the contents of cold water and hot water and 1% NaOH extractives of bamboo-willow are higher than that of fastgrowing poplar, but lower than that of crossbred paper mulberry. The Klason lignin and pentosan content of bamboowillow are equivalent to that of fast-growing poplar, but the cellulose content of bamboo-willow is 3% lower than that of fast-growth poplar. The average fiber length of bamboowillow is 0.88mm and the width 21.44μm. After kraft pulping, the breaking length of bamboo-willow was 9.44km, and the tear index was 4.11mN- m^2/g.
