咪唑封闭聚氨酯纸张增强剂的制备及应用

Studies on preparation and application of polyurethane paper strengthening agent blocked with imidazole

以咪唑为封闭剂,HDI、DMPA、双酚A、聚酯二醇为原料,制备出阴离子封闭聚氨酯(ABPU)。研究了ABPU封闭率、添加量、助留剂对纸张力学性能的影响。结果表明,增加ABPU封闭率和添加量,能明显提高纸张的强度指标,尤其是湿抗张指数;ABPU需要在助留剂的作用下才能留着。

Anionic imidazole-blocked polyurethane （ABPU） was prepared by the reaction of HDI, DMPA, bisphnol A, polyesterglycol and imidazole as blocking agent. Effects of the blocked ratio, the dosage of ABPU and retention aid on the physical properties of the treated paper were studied. At the same time, action mechanism of ABPU on paper strength was also discussed. The results show that the paper strength, especially the wet tensile index can be obviously increased with the increasing of the blocked ratio and the dosage of ABPU, only with the assistance of retention agent, ABPU had better retention.
