主要介绍了浮选脱墨时除去油墨粒子的分析和优化气泡大小的各种因素。结论是油墨粒子过小对脱墨是不利的;喷气气泡的大小受着喷气线速和空气体积的影响;气泡直径较小对脱墨有利。
Factors of affecting bubble size distribution and ink removal rate during flotation deinking were introduced .The results showed that the more small inks will have the lower removal rate, and the blower rim speed and air volume will affect the bubble size. Smaller bubbles will be good for deinking.
