摘要
随着科技日新月异不断发展,消费者得以运用科技来自我获得基础服务,甚至完全取代传统销售人员角色。对厂商的经营而言,消费者的科技自助服务有助于经营成本的下降,厂商仅需通过科技设备的投资,而带来人员缩减与工作负担的减少,同时亦可获得员工的工作流程标准化的优点。另一方面,随着科技应用于服务传递的快速扩展,消费者也必须面对日益复杂的科技服务。因此,了解个人对于科技所持的观点、态度势必成为重要研究课题。
Along with the development of science and technology, customers can obtain basic services by themselves by using new technology; even replace totally the role of the traditional sales persons. As far as the operations of the factories and shops are concerned, the customer self-serve system can help reduce the operational costs. Only through investment in the equipment, the manufacturers or shop-owners are able to cut down the personnel and reduce the work load, at the same time to?receive the merit of standardized operating procedure. On the other hand, along with the fast application of science and technology in service delivery, customers have to face the complexity of technical services more and more. Therefore, to understand the personal views and attitudes towards science and technology have become an important research subject.
