震区丧亲儿童羞怯、创伤后应激障碍症状和心理健康之间的关系

Relationship among Shyness,Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Symptom and Mental Health of Children Who Lost Their Relatives in Wenchuan Earthquake

目的:了解震区儿童羞怯、创伤后应激障碍(posttraumatic stress disorder,PTSD)症状和心理健康之间的关系。方法:使用心理创伤后应激障碍自评量表、SCL-90、小学生羞怯量表测查了汶川震区在山东省异地复学的169名丧亲小学高年级儿童。结果:①羞怯与PTSD症状之间存在显著正相关,羞怯对PTSD症状具有一定的预测作用。②PTSD症状与心理健康之间存在显著相关,PTSD症状对心理健康具有一定的预测作用。③PTSD症状作为中介变量,影响到羞怯认知与心理健康之间的关系。结论:羞怯和心理健康都与PTSD症状存在相关,并且羞怯通过认知层面对PTSD症状产生一定的影响。

Objective： To study the relationship among shyness, posttraumatic stress disorder symptoms and mental health of children in Wenchuan earthquake. Methods： Questionnaires were used to investigate 169 high grade children of primary school who lost their relatives in earthquake. Results： Shyness were positively correlated to PTSD symptoms （P〈 0.05）; shyness could predict PTSD symptoms significantly. PTSD symptoms were positively correlated to mental health （P〈 0.001）; P＇PSD symptoms could predict mental health significantly. PTSD symptoms as intervening variable could effect the relationship between shyness cognitive and mental health. Conclusion： Both shyness and mental health are associated with PTSD symptoms.
