摘要
近年来,标准表法气体流量标准装置以其高效率、宽范围和较高的准确度等特点,在国内得到迅速发展。目前,该装置已成为大流量高低压气体流量测试的主流装置。该类装置按照气源系统类型划分,可分为正压法和负压法两种类型;按照气流回路系统划分,可分为开环式和闭环式两种类型;作为标准表的气体流量计,其类型包括临界流流量计、速度式流量计、容积式流量计等。从气源系统类型、气流回路系统和标准表类型三个层次,分类介绍了该类标准装置的系统组成、工作原理和主要特点。
In recent years, the gas flow standard facilities by adopting the method of master meters has been developed rapidly in our country because of its features of high efficiency, wide range and high accuracy. Now, it becomes the major equipment for gas flow measurement of large flow rate under high pressure or low pressure. According to the different types of the gas supplying sources, charging method and pumping method types can be used ; while according to the types of gas flow loops, closed-loop type and open-loop types are included. The master meters which can be used include critical flowmeter, velocity flowmeter, and volumetric flowmeter. The systematic compositions, operational principle and main features of these standard facilities are introduced in these three aspects.
