摘要
以Atmega88单片机为核心并采用∑-ΔA/D的转换技术,设计了基于多种热电阻和热电偶型传感器的智能温度变送器。该变送器适用于各种生产过程的温度测量和控制。其液晶显示驱动采用HT1621,并分别通过积分电路和脉宽调制实现A/D、D/A转换,因此,变送器在满足高精度的前提下降低了成本。回路供电的低功耗性能和灵活的组态及液晶显示功能,使其在工业自动化过程控制领域具有一定的推广意义。
The smart temperature transmitter is designed based on Atmega88 single chip computer as the core, by using the ∑-AA/D conversion. It is suitable for various production processes. The LCD of the transmitter is driven by HT1621 ; the A/D conversion is implemented by using integral circuit; and the D/A conversion is implemented by pulse width modulation. Thus the cost is reduced while the accuracy is still keeping high. It will be worth of popularizing in automation process control and development in industry because of its features of low power consumption, flexible configuration and LCD display.
