高精度光纤陀螺用1550nm PMF耦合器的研制

摘要 介绍了一种为适应高精度光纤陀螺而设计制作的传输波长为1 550 nm的保偏光纤耦合器(PMFC)。比较了1 550 nm PMFC与单模光纤耦合器(SMFC)在制作工艺上的不同。对"衍射法定轴技术"和"温度稳定性高的封装技术"等关键制作技术进行了详尽的阐述和讨论。并对1 550 nm PMFC进行了温度循环试验,试验结果良好。 A 1 550 nm polarization-maintaining fiber coupler (PMFC) designed for the high-precision fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) is reported. The difference between the 1 550 nm PMFC and conventional SMFC in fabrication process is compared. The key technologies of developing the 1 550 nm PMFC, such as "on-line adjusting technology of main axes of the PMF", "packaging technology with high stability of temperature", are elaborated. And the temperature cycle test is carried out on the 1 550 nm PMFC. The test results show that the PMFC can meet the requirements of the high-precision FOG.
