摘要
目的探讨激光诱导击穿光谱分析法的基本原理、仪器装置及其在彩绘文物研究中的应用,为进一步研究提供文献依据。方法综合评述与文献分析法。结果激光诱导击穿光谱分析法是基于激光辐射与物质相互作用产生等离子体而进行实时、快速分析、表征的一种光谱分析新方法。其具有高灵敏度、高分辨率,分析速度快,样品用量少,无需样品预处理,可同时测定多种元素组分等特点,且可在非破坏和非接触的条件下进行在线和实时分析测定。结论除在材料、生物、环境、冶金、医学和文物等领域广泛应用以外,激光诱导击穿光谱法将不断拓展其应用领域,在分析与表征中发挥更大的作用。
Aim The basic principles, experimental apparatus and applications of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) in the polychrome cultural relics were presented, and some useful proposals would be also given for further study. Methods Synthesis reviewing and literature analyzing were used. Results The LIBS is a new spectroscopic analysis and characterization technique because of its real time and high speed of analysis, and it is based on the spectral emission from the induced plasma created when an intense laser pulse is focused onto a sample. It has attracted much attention because of its high sensitivity, high resolution, rapid analysis and the capability of making measurements on small quantities of sample, thereby avoiding sample preparation. In fact, it is a non-destructive as well as non-invasive analysis technique with the critical advantage of being applicable in situ, real time and a simultaneous multielemental analysis. Conclusion LIBS has been applied in the fields of materials, biology, environmental protection, metallurgy, medicine and cultural relic, etc. LIBS will own more extensive applications with its further developments and play a more important role in the analysis and characterization fields.
