摘要
目的研究一缩二乙二醇复酯冷冻机油的合成,并对产物进行分析和评价。方法单因素和正交实验设计,运用多种分析方法进行产物分析和评价。结果催化剂用量,携水剂用量和一元酸(异辛酸)用量对酯化率和产物特性均有显著影响,最佳工艺酯化率可达99.2%。结论一缩二乙二醇复酯制备的工艺可行,产品具有优异的冷冻机油特性指标。
Aim To find a novel approach and components of the product. Methods to the synthesis of diglycol duplicate-ester and to investigate properties Both single factor and rthogonal experiments was performed. The product was evaluated by various chemical and physical detections. Results The esterification rate and the character of product strongly depend on the amounts of dehydrate reagent, catalyst and 2-ethylhexanoic acid. The highest esterification yield of 99. 2% have been reached. Conclusion This procedure offers advantages like easy of production of diglycol duplicate-ester. The product features a good refrigerant.
