2-m-N,N-二甲氨基苯丙-2-醇的合成及表征

摘要 目的研究Carbopyronine类荧光染料的重要中间体2-间-N,N-二甲氨基苯基丙-2-醇c的合成。方法以3-N,N-二甲基苯甲酸和甲醇为原料,经酯化、格氏试剂加成合成标题化合物。结果以73%的良好收率得标题化合物,用单晶衍射对其结构进行了确证。结论用IR,1H NMR,元素分析对其进行表征,X-射线分析数据表明其为单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群,为标题化合物的量子化学计算提供了丰富的数据。 Aim To synthesize 2-m-Dimethylaminophenylpropan-2-ol c, a key intermediate of Carbopyronine fluo-rescent dye. Methods Compound c was synthesized via esterification and Grignard reaction from readily available materials 3-N, N-dimethyphenylformic acid. Results The title compound was obtained with the yield of 73 %, and the structrue was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. Conclusion The compound was characterized with IR,^1H NMR, elemental analysis for the first time and its crystal was monoclinic, with space group P2 ( 1 )/c. The experiment raid solid foudation for related calculation of quantum chemistry.
