Returning to History Itself:the Implication of the Developmental Ethics of New Global History

"新全球史"、发展伦理学是20世纪中后期以来,全球化研究中的两个显学,本文对其进行交叉研究,重点揭示"新全球史"的发展伦理意蕴。历史观是价值观的基础,全球史研究是全球伦理、发展伦理研究的基础;没有合理的全球史观、发展观,也就没有合理的全球伦理观、发展伦理观;全球化是一个具有深远起源的历史现象,全球史转换中的文明多样性是全球发展公正性、全球价值多样性的历史本体论基础。"新全球史"蕴涵的历史全球观、历史发展观、历史价值观、历史辩证法,对发展伦理研究的深层化,对我们全面把握全球化的历史本质具有重要意义。形成合理的全球历史观、全球价值观,推进和谐世界的建构,特别是推进中国社会的发展,是我们研究"新全球史"与发展伦理学的根本目的所在。

There are two important subjects in global study, the new global history and developmental ethics, since the middle and late period of the 20th century.The paper is focused on their relations, especially the meaning of development ethics in the new global history.The view of history is the base of axiology, while the view of global history is the base of global ethics and developmental ethics.If there was no rationality in the view of global history, there would not be the rationality of global ethics and developmental ethics.Globalization has a deep and long genesis.The diversity of civilization is the historical ontological base of the equity of global development and the diversity of global axiology.The historical view of the new global history on globalization, development, worth and dialectics will deepen the study of developmental ethics and help us know all the historical essence of globalization.The aim of our study is to obtain a rational view on global history, global axiology and a harmonious development of the world and China.
