摘要
以一套硫磺回收装置为例,运用道氏指数法对化工行业关键装置的安全问题进行了评价。首先列出了道氏指数法的评价程序,然后按结构和功能把硫磺回收装置划分成7个评价单元,运用道氏指数法对每一单元危险系数的取值进行了详细分析和计算,最后划分了危险程度等级,认为装置是安全的。通过安全评价,定量认识了该装置的危险性,并针对高危险等级的单元和某些危险环节提出了相应的安全改进措施。
The safety problems of the key equipment in chemical industry was evaluated using Dow' s index with a sulphur recovery plant as an example. The evaluation procedure of Dow' s index was firstly listed, then the sulphur recovery plant was divided into seven evaluation units in structure and function, detailed analyses and calculations were made of the value of the risk coefficients of each unit using Dow' s index. Finally, the risk grades were divided, the plant was considered safe. The risk of the plant was quantitatively recognized through safety evaluation, some safety improvements were proposed for the units with high-risk grades and some risk segments.
