摘要
阐述了广电在农村市场发展数字电视的意义,分析了县级广播电视台发展农村数字电视所面临的问题,针对农村实际情况提出了可行的技术方案和发展农村数字电视采取的措施。
In this paper, the significance of developing digital TV in the rural areas is expounded. Then the paper analyzed the problems that may encounter and present some feasible technical scheme and measures.
