This paper analyzed the present condition of the existing network in CHUANMEI Lotus Company and the characteristics of broadband rnulti-funetional network. It propose to upgrade the existing Cable TV network into a combination of the multi-functional network whieh including Cable TV network, telephone network, and the Computer Enterprise Network. The article analyzes the current status of the existing network and the detailed proposal of the implementation of network construction. It also comprehensively compared the social benefit and the economic benefit before and after the network constructed.
