摘要 蛋白质组学是一种将定量和定性结合研究组织或是细胞中表达所有蛋白质的高通量的研究方法。胎盘相关蛋白质组学主要包括胎盘来源相关细胞蛋白质组学、胎盘相关细胞系蛋白质组学以及胎盘组织蛋白质组学。通过综述蛋白质组学在人类胎盘功能中的研究进展,指出各自的优缺点,为蛋白质组学在胎盘中的进一步应用提供一定的依据,更好地阐明胎盘相关妊娠并发症的病理生理机制。 Proteomics is a powerful prospective method that sets as its terminal objective the qualitative and quantitative detection of all the proteins expressed in biological samples in high-throughput way. Placental proteomics include proteomic usage in placental-derived cells, placenta related cell lines and placenta tissue. Herein we overview placental proteomics by introducing existing researches, pointing out their virtues and defects. In so doing, we endeavor to give investigators interested in this area a better understanding of the molecular mechanism of pregnant relevant diseases.
