Melting Process Optimization of 70t UHP Electrical Arc Furnace

摘要 攀钢集团成都钢铁有限责任公司引进的70t超高功率电弧炉在试生产过程中存在冶炼周期长、电极消耗高、RCB枪和炉壁水冷板易烧坏漏水、炉龄偏低、钢液中气体含量偏高等问题。通过分析找出了产生问题的原因,提出了优化RCB枪供氧制度、冶炼配电制度等相应解决措施,取得良好效果。 Some problems existed with the 70 t UHP EAF as imported by Pangang Group Chengdu I & S Co. Ltd. during the trail operation period, including rather long melting cycle, high electrode consumption, water leakage as caused by frequent damage of the RCB lance and the water cooled panels by burning, low campaign and high gas contents in the liquid steel, etc. Owing to relevant investigations, causes for the said problems are identified, based on which corrective actions like optimizing the RCB oxygen-feeding schedule and the melting power-supply schedule have been taken, resulting in satisfactory effectiveness.
