摘要
针对目前鞍钢人工检测烧结矿物理指标存在的代表性不强,检测数据准确度不高,存在误导烧结配料操作以及影响烧结数据统计分析准确性的问题,在新建的鞍钢鲅鱼圈烧结项目中,采用了烧结矿自动检测系统。该系统投入运行后,提高了烧结矿检验的准确性、可靠性和及时性,提高了工作效率,改善了工作环境,减轻了劳动强度。
The physical indexes by manual detecting finished sinter in Angang are little representative, detected data are not exact, either, all of which lead to the undesired preparation of the sinter mixture and also influence the accuracy of the statistical analysis on related data. And thus the automatic detecting system for detecting the finished sinter is applied on the new sintering project of Bayuquan Ironmaking Plant of Angang. When the system is put into operation, the accuracy, reliability and timeliness in detecting the sinter arc greatly improved and as a result the operating efficiency and work environment are improved while the intensity of labour is decreased.
