摘要 介绍了延伸率控制技术在鞍钢冷轧厂1 500 mm冷轧平整机组的应用情况,包括延伸率控制系统构成、调试方法等,对轧制力控制模式和轧制力张力联合控制模式做了重点阐述。根据生产实际,制定出控制系统各工艺参数的调试策略。针对平整机组加减速时出现的延伸率波动问题,提出速度前馈轧制力预控的解决方案。 This paper introduces the current situations of the technology for controlling elonga- tion applied on 1 500 mm cold rolled skin pass mill such as the system constituent for elongation controlling technology and debug strategies, especially a control mode for the rolling force and a combined control mode for the rolling force and tension force. Debug strategies for controlling various process parameters of the control system are established according to the actual conditions in production. For the problem of the elongation fluctuating as the skin pass mill accelerates or slows down, the solution for precontrolling the wiling force by speed feed - forward is proposed.
