摘要 支气管镜（简称纤支镜）为呼吸道腔内的直接检查提供了最可靠的方法，尤其是40余年来科技的不断发展使纤支镜功能不断增强，适应证逐渐扩大，目前已成为成人呼吸道疾病诊断与治疗不可或缺的工具。近年来大量临床应用经验已表明，纤支镜在儿科呼吸系统疾病诊治中同样具有重要地位^[1]。
