摘要
结合丝网印刷工艺,通过制备绝缘层和布线层的层叠式,在玻璃基底上实现了大面积的点阵阴极寻址结构。应用碳纳米管作为阴极材料,研发了三极结构的场致发射平板显示器件样品。通过点阵阴极寻址结构,可直接对发光像素进行逐点控制,从而实现整体器件的图像显示。该器件可与现有的驱动集成电路相结合进行控制,具备良好的场致发射特性和高的显示亮度。
Using the screen-printing process, the large-area dot-matrix cathode addressing structure was implemented on the glass substrate with the stack type for the preparation of insulating layer and wiring layer. The triode field emission display (FED) sample was developed with carbon nanotubes as cathode materials. With the dot-matrix cathode addressing structure, the lightening-pixel could be point-to-point controlled directly, and the better image display was confirmed for the whole device. The FED could be controlled by the existing drive integrated circuit, and possessed better field emission characteristics and high display brightness.
