Flavonoid constituents in the flowers of Pueraria thomsonii Benth.

摘要 目的研究豆科葛属植物粉葛(Pueraria thomsonii Benth.)干燥花的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离,依据光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从粉葛花中分离得到9个异黄酮和2个黄酮类成分,分别鉴定为4’,7-二甲基鸢尾黄素(1)、鸢尾甲黄素A(2)、尼泊尔鸢尾异黄酮(3)、染料木素(4)、irilinD(5)、7-甲基鸢尾黄素(6)、鸢尾黄素(7)、鸢尾苷(8)、葛花苷(9)、木犀草素(10)、芹菜素(11)。结论化合物2、5、6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。化合物1、3A、7~11为首次从粉葛花中分离得到。 Aim To study the flavonoid constituents in the flowers of Pueraria thomsonii Benth. Methods Compounds were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. Results Nine isoflavones and two flavones were isolated from the flowers of Pueraria thomsonii Benth. , whose structures were determined as 4', 7-dimethyltectorigenin ( 1 ), iristectorigenin A ( 2 ), irisoli- done ( 3 ), genistein ( 4 ), irilin D ( 5 ), 7-methyltectorigenin ( 6 ), tectorigenin ( 7 ), tectoridin ( 8 ), kakkalide ( 9), luteolin ( 10 ), apigenin ( 11 ). Conclusion Compounds 2,5 and 6 were isolated from Pueraria genus for the In'st time, and compounds 1,3,4 and 7 -11 were isolated from the flowers of Pueraria thomsonii Benth. for the first time.
