层流冷却系统中检测装置的设计与应用

摘要 根据中板轧机控轧控冷工艺要求,采用层流冷却技术改造轧后冷却系统,设计跟踪轧制速度、精确控制温度和控制各段水压的检测系统。最终冷却速度可以控制在10℃/s~12℃/s,温度控制精度在12℃以内的带钢达到96.37%,为轧制高质量的特殊钢种提供了有力保障。 Based on the technical requirements in cooling process of middle plate mill rolling and controlled rolling,laminar flow is adopted to change the after-rolling cooling system,the design and application of the detective system can meet the need of rolling speed tracking,precise temperature control and the controlling of per segment hydraulic pressure.Application results show that the cooling rate can be controlled within 10~12/s and the temperature control precision of the strip steel can reach 96.37%within 12.It can provide a favorable protection for the high-quality special steel rolling.
