摘要
对啤酒瓶的缺陷类型及各部分的成像特点进行了分析,针对啤酒瓶的不同部位提出相应的光源类型和照明方式,并设计了啤酒瓶自动检测系统中的图像采集装置。结果表明,用该装置采集的图像对比度较大,能满足后续图像处理和图像识别的要求。
In this paper,the defect types of beer bottle and imaging characteristics of each part are analyzed,and the appropriate light source and lighting system for different parts on beer bottle are presented.Finally,the image acquisition device on beer bottle inspection system is designed.The results show that the images taken by the system have adequate image contrast,and can satisfy the need of next image processing and recognition.
