摘要
分别从井架的选型与设计、驱动方式和传动方式的选取、钻机制动方案等几个方面出发,描述了钻机的基本设计方法。液压驱动方式最先进,但是技术要求也最高,目前技术不是很成熟,电驱动钻机才是目前应用较成熟者,相比机械驱动,拥有更多的优势。钻机设备在实际工作中工况较为复杂,且不会达到最大负载荷率,分析时应考虑多种工况。最后提出了钻机电力负荷分析计算方法。
The article describes the basic designing method of the drilling rig on drill derrick's selection,drive rod,type of drive and rig automation.The hydraulically operated equipment is most advanced,but the technique specification is also highest,at present,the technology is not mature,so compares with mechanical rig,electrically driven rig has much superiority,which is applied much mature at present.In actually,work condition of drilling rig equipment is more complicated,and the maximum load rate is hardly to be achieved,so variety of conditions must be considered when analyzing.Finally,the calculation method of rig load is concluded.
