摘要
根据接触非线性理论,建立了某高速电机转轴、套筒和转子铁芯之间的过盈配合计算模型,较为精确地计算了多个配合接触面之间的接触压力和相应构件的应力与变形情况及从静止到旋转的变化过程,得出了一些有益的结论,为以后的高速电机多个配合面之间过盈量的设计提供了很好的理论依据。
Based on contact nonlinear theory,a calculation model of interference fit between shaft,sleeve and rotor core of high-speed motor is established.The contact pressure on some combining contact surface,the parts'stress and deformation,the change process from static to rotation are calculated accurately,some useful conclusions are brought out,these offer the theory base for designing interference value of some combining contact surface of high-speed motor.
