摘要
介绍了一种润滑油污染程度和清净分散能力的检测方法。通过CCD传感器,将润滑油斑点图谱的信息扫描入计算机,通过软件对斑点图谱特征的识别,进而判断润滑油的污染程度和清净分散能力等。该装置由CCD传感器、微距镜头、面光源、均光板、控制板、嵌入式系统和专用算法软件等组成,主要用于内燃机润滑油的模拟评定、内燃机润滑油的行车试验、清净分散剂质量控制和监测润滑机械工作状况和磨损情况等,通过对润滑油技术状态的判定,达到避免设备事故,预测剩余寿命,科学更换润滑油的目的。
This paper presents a new detection method of lubricant oil pollution degree and clean distribution capacity.The oil spots atlases information are scanned into the computer by the CCD sensor,then through the software to identify the characteristics of spots patterns,which can judge the oil pollution extent and clean distribution capacity.This device is mainly composed of the CCD sensor,micro lens,surface light source,average light panel,control panel,embedded systems and special algorithm software.It is used for lubricating oil's simulation evaluation,traffic test of internal combustion engine,clean dispersant quality controlling,work conditions monitoring and wear situation.And also,this device can be used to evaluate the lubricant quality so as to avoid the equipment accident,forecast remaining life and promptly change lubricating oil.
