摘要
在十七大报告中,中国把自由贸易区建设提高到战略高度。中国-新加坡协定为中国实施自由贸易区战略提供了一种新的战略推进模式。协定对加强中新双边经贸关系,新加坡参与中国区域经济发展和中国企业"走出去"战略的实施产生积极影响。
In the Report of the 17th Communist Party Congress, China proposed to implement the strategy of FTA.This paper analyzes the background of China-Singapore FTA and introduces the main contents of it. The Agreement has provided a new strategic model to promote the implementation of the strategy of FTA in China, which will have a positive impact on the strengthening of the bilateral economy and trade relations between China and Singapore, and on Singapore＇s participation in China＇s regional economic development and＇ Chinese enterprises＇ ＂Going out＂ strategy.
