摘要
在简述技术改造之前真空炉问题的基础上,结合WT80S温控仪工作原理及技术特点,介绍了真空炉的系统组成、工作方式和过程,讲述了其在真空炉温度控制系统技术改造中的应用及性能指标。使用结果表明,采用温控仪技术改造后的真空炉温控效果良好,精度提高,性能稳定。
The application of WT80S temperature control instrument to vacuum stove temperature control system technical modification is presented based on its principle and characteristics. The problems of the vacuum stove without using the temperature control instrument are also presented. In addition, the system configuration and its working modes and process are introduced for the vacuum stove. As a result, the effect of temperature control is good, the precision is high and the performance is stable by using of the modified system.
