大规格高强度无应力鞋模排材的研制

Research on Large-scale and High-strength Stress-free Strip for Shoe Mode

鞋模排材由90年代初的中强度铝合金6061逐渐发展到现在的高强度和超高强度的2024与7075合金,排材规格逐渐加大,且要求加工不变形。本文介绍了大规格、高强度、无应力鞋模排材的研制情况,和提高中强度铝合金强度方法和解决靠常规拉伸法不能消除排材应力的措施。
