摘要
补贴政策是解决文献传递费用问题的有效手段。本文通过对我国50所高校图书馆进行的网络调查,概述文献传递服务补贴政策发展现状,同时从领导、观念、高校评估、统计分析四个方面,为完善文献传递服务补贴政策建言献策。
Subsidy strategy is an effectual means. Based on investigating 50 university libraries on Internet, this paper outlined the status quo of subsidy strategy for document delivery service, and from the leadership, idea, college assessment, statistical analysis of four, gave some advice in order to improve subsidy policy for document delivery services.
