僵人综合征合并多发性骨髓瘤的回顾性分析
摘要
僵人综合征（stiff person syndrome，SPS）是一种罕见的、严重的进行性加重的运动疾病，主要表现为痛性痉挛，对称性的中轴肌强直以及无法控制的肌肉收缩导致的身体畸形。该病与自身免疫有关，其诊断依靠临床表现、肌电图以及高滴度的谷氨酸脱羧酶（GAD）抗体。现将笔者收治的一例僵人综合征合并多发性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma，MM）报道如下，并结合文献探讨其病因。
